3AM - Hubby's crackberry rings.
3:30AM - Hubbys crackberry rings again.
3:45AM - Hubby goes to work.
3:50AM - Trish is out of bed, wide awake.
This day just might call for a nap.

So this morning I made a sweet potato hash brown type thing.  IT.WAS.AWFUL.  We ate hard boiled eggs and avocados instead.  It was so bad I'm not showing you the beautiful pictures I took during the process.  Boy 2 said he liked them, but I think he was just being nice.  Everyone else (including me) gagged.

Energy levels high again today.

Lunch was a grilled chicken salad chalked full of yummy goodness.

At 2 PM I hit a wall.  Super tired, but I think waking up at 3AM will do that to a person.  I took a 20 minute nap so when Boy 2 walked in I was busted.  Boy 2 thinks I take naps everyday so now he has ammunition.  I will NEVER hear the end of it.

They were called:
Slow Cooker Korean Short Ribs.
Expectations were high.
I LOVE Korean short ribs.
I should have known better.
Disappointment.
Don't get me wrong, they were good and if you have never had 'real' Korean short ribs 'IN KOREA' you will probably really enjoy them.
I would rather just run down to my local galbi joint and  chow on some there.

Hubby and I have made it throug day 9!  Tomorrow and we are 1/3 of the way there!  Yeah us!
I had a few cravings today, but not bad enough to want to beat up a teenager.  :o)
Bring it on day 10!
(But be kind - OK?)
