I've always thought girl was talented in the art department (well art and many other departments), but isn't that what I am supposed to think, I mean I am her mom after all. My thoughts have been confirmed 2 times this year. The first time was when she won first place for a picture she drew for the commissary. She was so excited, her class went on a field trip to the commissary and her picture was picked as 'the best'! Woo-hoo...she won ANOTHER stuffed animal to add to her ever growing collection as well a a little goodie bag from the commissary.
On Tuesday girl brought home a this piece of art.....
Not only is this a great piece of art work, but it was published in the SUN 35! A book published by DODD Asia Pacific and Guam schools. Girl is only one of two 1st graders published in this book! Way to go Girl!!
