On Halloween night there was no Trick-or-Treating on Yongsan due to the fact that too many dads work several hours away from post. Post officials wanted this to be a family event, so they postponed Trick-or-Treating to Saturday night, 1 Nov. So, what's a family to do when there is no Trick-or-Treating on Halloween night? Have a party of course!
