Hubby was promoted on Friday, 30 Jan 2009 to LTC.  It was a great promotion, with many friend and co-workers in attendance.  I would love to share more pictures with you, but as I was looking through the pictures many of them have our name in them, thanks to Hubby's uniform.  So here are just a few....

Our family taking up an entire row just before the ceremony.

Here is Hubby taking the Oath of Office.

Hubby said very kind words about me and presented me with 4 dozen red roses.

He gave Girl 2 dozen yellow roses.

Hubby and I after the promotion.

I am so proud of my son and his family, without everyone's support and love he would not be where he is today. I love you all very much!

Congratulations baby brother! We are all so proud of your accomplishments. If I could ever get myself organized I will give you a call to congratulate you in person. Everytime I start to call I realize it is in the middle of the night for you. Looks like you did a ton of work T. I don't know how you do it. I had a superbowl party this last weekend and I was going to take pictures of the food in your honor but I forgot. I am just not that organized. ;o)

Is that a Korean tradition, which it better be, because when Kurt got promoted, I didn't get flowers, nada, nothing, just a new schedule and substation to get used to!!! Congratulations to ALL OF YOU!!! It is the sacrifice that he makes to be successful, support his family well, and be happy with what he does. It's the families sacrifice to support him on each and every one of his endeavors, love him unconditionally and be there for all his ups and downs. It takes an entire family to make all the successes worthwhile. We love you all and support you with all our heart ( now does that get me a rose J?????!!!!!)

Proud Army wife and mother to 4 wonderful children.  I love to cook, travel, work out and scrapbook life’s adventures when I find the time.  We just got orders & are heading back to the states in March 2010.  I'm bummed that our time has been cut short, but proud of Hubby for the reason why.
