If you live on post and find yourself in need of a car wash, Kim's Car Wash is the place to go! If you exit gate 52, (the Commissary gate) turn left, get in the right lane, pass the big Starbucks on the right, then the street with v off...go to the right: (right here:) You will see Kim's Car Wash on your right hand side. It looks like this: They wash the outside and vacuum the inside. The cost is 19,000 won for a normal size car & 25,000 won for a mini van. It normally takes about 30 minutes to have your car cleaned, so I always walk down to Starbuck for a coffee while I wait.

Hey, that might be really good to know some day. At least it gets me thinking of cleaning my poor dirty car over here. Oh boy, the verbal thrashing I'd get if that thing could talk. I tell you...

This car wash is closed. Good luck finding another one! Basic services like this seem to escape the Koreans.
