Friday nights in our house equals homemade pizza, dessert and a movie!
This Friday night we pulled out the air mattress, made popcorn and stayed like this for days! Oh I LOVE Friday nights! Taken from our dining room window after the storm.
I love how well this picture captured the effects of the storm. Our yard has minimal snow, the neighbors yard has a 4 foot drift. Snow and ice all over the windows of the neighbors house and snow trying to come in our house. Literally.
A BLIZZARD. Juno is what they call her. When all was said and done we had around 16 inches of snow - although it felt like more with the snow drifs and winds up to 60 MPH. Around 3AM I thought our house might blow down. True Story. Our first real snow of the season.
I cannot tell you how much I love sunrise from my front porch. SO BLESSED. Girl had a swim meet in Boston and since we arrived (cough, cough, 7 HOURS) early we went exploring. We loved this graffiti wall near H-Mart. *taken with iPhone
I am amazed every single time I watch sunrise. The colors are so vibrant. I used to think most pictures of sunrise on the web were Photoshopped...until I moved to Rhode Island.
True, vibrant & unique colors with each sunrise. No editing of any kind here. |
TrishHere I go again! Last year I learn SO much about photography while doing the 365, but there is so much more to learn! My ultimate goal was to learn to shoot in manual mode in which I succeeded. However I know I need to fine tune many, many aspects of my photography. Categories
