I'm sorry I failed you guys.
I cannot believe I did not share this with you guys this winter.
Sure I shared it on FB, but do you know how hard it was for me to find on FB?
The East Coast is still getting snow, so East Coast friends go ahead and get your martini shakers out friends.

Ingredients:
1 cup pineapple juice
½ cup (4 ounces) vodka
½ cup (4 ounces) blue curacao
½ cup (4 ounces) cream of coconut (not coconut milk)
10-12 ice cubes
Shake it up!
Rim the glass with shredded unsweetened coconut.
Enjoy.
