Day 41 - I Like Big Straws!

One of the many things I love about Korea is the big straws. Yes, you read that right, big straws! They give them to you with milk shakes, bubble tea and anything thick. I was so EXCITED when I found these on bakers alley!! I couldn't wait to make smoothies for the kids! Unfortunately they weren't as excited as I was. I mean they thought they were cool and all, but the over the moon excitement wasn't there.....sigh....(spoiled rotten children! :)

What is bubble tea? I've seen it here also but not interested enough to try it.

Project 365

Am I insane? Have I lost my mind? After thinking long and hard about it (OK, really I only thought about it for about 12 hours) I just committed to doing a photo a day for a year - a 365 'they' call it. This is going to be SUPER HARD for me. Not the photo part, but the editing part. I mean you guys KNOW how far behind I am. A photo a day - that doesn't sound like much, but in reality, who are we kidding? Anyway I'm going to TRY to post each day, but there will be times I might be MIA for a couple of days, just bear with me and I will catch up.

One of my goals throughout this 365 is to be able to shoot anything I want to in manual. The next is to have fun capturing this next crazy year of our life. In the next 365 you will see: at least 2 more countries, a HS graduation, an international move to most likely 2 different states, the heartbreak of a mom as she sends her first born off to college and so much more....

Please make sure you cheer me on after all I am a "Words of Affirmation" girl. :o)
